Artificial eyes for animals have
already been produced in Lauscha before the invention of German artificial humanglass eyes
by Ludwig Müller-Uri from Lauscha in 1835. Lauscha is called the birthplace of glass
Christmas tree decorations and of art objects that are mouth-blown in front os an oil-,
later gas flame.
The quality and the great variety of the eyes - especially of the doll's, bear and eyes
for taxidermy increased so much a very popular article all over the world.
Our manufactory has devoted itself to this filigree production of glass eyes of
first-class quality for decades. |
