1. The general :

The following conditions are valid for all contracts, deliveries and other services. With this we particularly contradict deviant terms of business. Orders are carried out in sequence of the receipt. In case of insufficient stock partial deliveries are possible.

2. Prizes :

The prizes are living free and they are valid net plus transport costs, packing and at home VAT.

3. Delivery :

Delivery is carried out ex works at customer’s own risk. The transport is carried out via post or other private suppliers per COD, debit or invoice. Delivery is carried out after advance payment.

4. Payment :

Payment with Pay Pal or bank transfer.Payment please in EURO.Payment please without expenses for recipient.
Pay Pal fees will be charged.

5. Quality characteristics :

All our glass eyes are exclusively handmade. That’s why a minimum tolerance of  + / - 0,5 mm is permitted among all sizes. Insignificant colour differences are caused technologically and they aren’t a reason for complaints. The distortion of metal loops, wires, needles etc. inevitably lead to the break off of these materials. That’s why it isn’t recognized as complaint.

6. Liability :

The products are delivered at the costumer’s own risk and liability. Faultings of the quantity and of the composition of the products can only be recognized 5 days after the delivery of the goods. We can’t take further liability claims ( e.g. later break of eyes ). Claims for compensation of contractual and social supplementary and protecting duties, indebtedness at the contract business deal are impossible.

7. Reservation of proprietary rights :

The products remain our property until the complete payment.

8. Performance / Court of jurisdiction :

Place where the contract is to be fulfilled is Lauscha/Thuer.

Court of jurisdiction is Sonneberg/Thuer.
